This is a claim in which the claimant aJleges that while City Operations & Maintenance
crews were grading the alley behind 122 Stoltz Street, a wire that serves the garage
across the alley was tom down and caused other related damage to the house and
garage.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
