This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that that their newly constructed sunroom
sustained damage resulting from blasting that occurred on Carter Road (due to the
Carter Road Detention Basin Project).
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
