This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a police car failed to yield from a stop
sign at the intersection of Kaufmann and North Grandview Avenues, resulting in the officer
striking claimant's vehicle, which was being driven by claimant's daughter, Brooke
Kowalske.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
