This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that after exiting her vehicle which was
parked in stall # 390 in the Iowa Street Parking Ramp, she walked around the back of
her vehicle, slipped on a patch of ice and fell, injuring her hands, wrists and knees.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
