Spousal Consortium Loss
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that because his wife slipped and fell on a
patch of ice in the Iowa Street Parking Ramp, resulting in a broken ankle, claimant is
making a claim for loss of spousal consortium.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
