This is a claim in which claimants allege that a City of Dubuque recycling truck ran over
claimants' railroad tie retaining wall while the recycling truck was driving through the
alley located adjacent to 805 South Grandview.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
