Please consider this a formal request for acceptance of all public improvements to the approximate 15
acre developmentat the southwest comer of the Northwest Arterial and Asbury Road previously owned
by QHQ Properties, currently known as. the Holliday Drive First Addition. It is understood thaÌ:QHQ
Properties, being the developer, shall maintain sa.id improvements for a 2 year maintenance pèriod
follo\\'Íng city accepiance at which time thèirrevocable letter of credit at Premier Bank shall terminate
upon receipt of a release signed by the city of Dubúque.
