City Council Agenda
I am writing to ask for time to address the City Council at their next
meeting. Mark Kressig, 1733 Lori St., Dubuque and myself would like
to address the council on the issue of emergency services within the city.
I am e-mailing from work, but am requesting the time in my private
capacity as a citizen, not as an attorney for or in any way affiliated
with my employer, Iowa Legal Aid.
