They are in the process of selling the building and prefer to not make the costly repairs, until they know what they are going to do with the building. They are having an environmental investigation on the entire building, which includes analysis of the fire escapes. '- ~ "". 9 \D Inspections are S8 Annual and S8 Initial. Tim Moler, Housing Inspector, spoke to the agent and found out the property will be auctioned May 25, 2004 and they were not going to have IIW look at the stairs until after the auction. Tim told Steve Kieler (agent) to let the present owner know that the fire escapes have to be inspected now. Steve said he would get IIW up there now to give us a report on the condtion on the fire escape.
