Thank you for your letter dated June 8, 2004. We have been contacted by the City
Manager Michael Van Milligen and will begin discussions on Friday, June 11,2004 to
prepare a plan of action for the severance of parcels to be annexed by the City of Asbury.
The City of Asbury looks forward to working with the City of Dubuque on this
annexation and all future annexation proposals.
