Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was trying to exit her vehicle
which was parked in the parking lot north of the Diamond Jo's main entrance, her foot
began to slip on the wet pavement, injuring her neck and both shoulders.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
