Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that immediately after entering her parked
vehicle, a recycling truck struck the back end of her vehicle, damaging the tirecover, spare
wheel, rear bumper, and rear door.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
