This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as a KeyLine Minibus driver was
pulling to the curb to drop off a rider, the minibus struck 3 mailboxes, damaging them.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, Mr. Munson verified the
damage to the mailboxes was a result of being struck by the minibus.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim for the amount of
$72.34. The Legal Department concurs with this recommendation.

I have investigated the claim from Country Springs Condo Homeowners
Association regarding damage to their mailboxes by one of our minibuses and
recommend paying the claim as submitted as the driver of our minibus was at
fault. .
