Dear Mayor Duggan:
The City of Asbury has contacted the property owners that were affected by the City
Development Board annexation decision of May 13, 2004, The following property
owners have sent written confirmation of interest to annex their properties into the City of
Asbury:
Parcel13-j (owners - Stanley and Lou Ann Ward)
Parcel 13-k (owner - Karen Cogan)
Parcel 13-1 (owner Wayne Siebert)
Parcel 13-m (owners Donald and Luella Cogan)
We have also received correspondence from Terry, Martin and Linda Bahl to meet and
have further discussion regarding the annexation of their property.
The City of Asbury will continue to make all reasonable efforts in cooperating with the
City of Dubuque in this matter.
