Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was walking out of KANNDO
Carpet Cleaning located at 950 Main Street, she tripped on an uneven portion of sidewalk
and injured her left knee and ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
