Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while his 1988 Lincoln Town Car was
parked in front of 1918 Ellis Street, a 2-foot tree branch fell on his vehicle, which cracked
the windshield, scratched the right front fender and hood, and caused the muffler to fall
off of the vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
