Powers-Rule Making, The Airport CommissiDn shall promulgate and put in force such rules and regulatiDns as shall be deemed necessary and appropriate for the order, operation, management, control ao.d supervision of the regional airport. Long-Range Planning Advisory Commission Created; Composi- tion: There is hereby created a City Long-Range Supp. No. 47 Planning Advisory Commission, which shall consist of nine (9) members including a member of the City Council designated by the City Council. a member of the Zoning Advisory Com- mission designated by the Zoning Advisory Commission and seven (7) residents of the City appointed by the City Council who shall be qualified by their knowledge. experience and ability to contribute to the City's long-range planning and development efforts. The City Council shall annually designate a Council member to serve as an alternate in the absence of the Council's designated represents- tive and the Zoning Advisory Commission shall annually designate a Commission member to serve as an alternate in the absence of the Commission's designated representative.
