Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque Water Pollution Control
Department employee backed a City vehicle into his vehicle which was parked in the Key
West True Value Hardware parking lot, causing damage to the bumper of claimant's
vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
