need tuck-pointing.
7. The south side porch: guardrail needs tightening, stair
guardrails need tightening and stair guardrail has
greati:r than 6" opening.
8. The east porch: guardrails need to be tightened,
guardrails and stair guardrails have greater than '6"
opening, decking is loose, stair stringers need to be
lag bolted to the building, replace rotten wood in the
joist, rear joists and sub-deck, porch is not properly
connected to the building.
9. Replace the fascia boards as needed.
10. The garage has peeling paint.
11. Repair brick on southeast side of front porch.
12. Repair loose brick cap on left side of front porch
