Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant states that while he was walking through Eagle Point
Park carrying his one year old son, he tripped over a pothole that he alleges was not
visible, and fell to the ground. As a result, claimant's son suffered a head injury, and
claimant scraped his knees and elbow, and twisted his ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
