The Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) has completed its review of the file materials
relating to the above referenced contract including program compliance, drawdown of funds reports, the
final quarterly report, and other reports as applicable to your contract. As a result of our review, we have
concluded that the project has been administered in substantial compliance with financial and program
requirements.
If Dubuque utilized LHAP funds for an activity where housing units have not yet been provided and
occupied (such as infrastructure in support of housing or activities to clear lots for future housing
development), the Department will be requesting information on an annual basis until the units have been
built and occupied. A reminder letter and form soliciting the information will be sent to you at the
appropriate time.
