Subject: Channel changes
Dear Ms. Schneider
On or about June 9, 2011 the following changes will be made to the channel line -up in your
community:
KFXA -DT Country will be added to Digital Broadcast Basic channel 103.
*Customers with QAM tuner TVs receiving digital format may need to run a one time rescan. Customers
with analog cable will need to contact Mediacom at 800 - 332 -0245 to order a rent free DTA tuner to
receive the digital format.
Fox Business will be added to the Digital Plus* package on channel 248.
*Subscription to the Digital Plus tier is required to receive additional digital plus programming.

Mediacom will also be adding Disney HD to the Family HD tier on channel 778.
*High Definition Family Cable channels will be available to all Family Cable customers at no additional charge who
currently have a Mediacom HD converter or cable card.
These changes will not affect pricing on any Mediacom packages.
