Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as her vehicle was parked on Main Street
in front of the Dubuque City Mission, she opened the back door of her vehicle to retrieve a
bag to take into the Mission and as she was doing so, a trolley struck the door of her
vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
