This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his son, Jesse Brenner was riding his
bicycle alongside a garage and into the alley located behind 2212 Francis Street, he was
struck by a City of Dubuque Police Expedition, resulting in an injury to Jesse's mouth.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
