Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his vehicle was parked on Northridge
Drive near Shady Lane, a City of Dubuque recycling truck made a wide right tum from
Northridge Drive onto Shady Lane, and the rear of the recycling truck struck claimant's
vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
