This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the City sewer located near 1645 Elm
Street backed up, causing water damage to the bathroom of claimant's residence.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
