The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by Jack Papin, and announced that it was
being conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Order of business was as
follows:
Minutes of last meeting read. Motion to accept made by Harlan Willenborg, seconded by
Dan Harris. All in favor of motion.
The Board reviewed the applications for City of Dubuque plumbing licenses through
reciprocation. Harlan Willenborg made a motion to deny the applications. Seconded by
Stan Gonner. All in favor of motion.
Motion to adjourn made by Stan Gonner, seconded by Dan Harris.
Meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
