Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that while his 1988 Chevy truck was parked
in the Meineke Muffler parking lot located at 2195 Central Avenue, a City of Dubuque
Keyline bus struck it, causing damage to the left rear bumper and left rear box side.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, after investigating this claim
it was determined that the KeyLine bus driver was at fault for the accident.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim for the amount of
the submitted estimate of $789.14. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.
