Ordinances by enacting a new Section 5-9 prohibiting buffet sales of alcoholic liquor,
wine or beer
ORDINANCE Chapter 5 Alcoholic Beverages of the City of Dubuque Code of
Ordinances is amended by adding the definitions of restaurant and kitchen facility to
Section 5-2 and amending Section 5-7.2 prohibiting persons under the legal age from
remaining on the premises where alcoholic liquor is sold or dispensed thirty minutes
after any restaurant on the licensed premises is closed
