This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that the canopy at Luthor Manor was
damaged after being struck by a Keyline minibus.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, it was determined after
investigating this incident that the Keyline driver was at fault and caused the damage to
the canopy at Luthor Manor located at 3131 Hillcrest.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim for the amount of
the submitted estimate of $398.00. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.
