This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that her vehicle's driver side mirror was
struck by a City of Dubuque KeyLine bus while it was parked at Dubuque Intemal
Medicine.
According to the report of Mark Munson, Transit Manager, after investigating the
incident, Mr. Munson determined that the City is responsible for the damage to
claimant's vehicle.
It is therefore the recommendation of Mark Munson to approve this claim for the amount of
the submitted estimate of $217.09. The Legal Department concurs with this
recommendation.

On September 27,2004 minibus operator David Beals damaged the driver's side
mirror of a car owned by Lisa Price while it was parked at Dubuque Internal
Medicine. I have investigated the incident and determined that we are
responsible for the damage to Ms. Price's car and recommend payment in the
amount of $217.09 for repair of the driver's side mirror to her 1998 Grand Am.
