Dear Mayor Duggan and Members of the City Council:
On behalf of the Board of Education, the administrative staff of the Dubuque
Community School District and particularly the students and parents of
Hoover Elementary School, thank you for constructing a new cuI de sac on
Tyler Road.
The school district is indebted to the City Council and City Manager for their
support of this project. The new cuI de sac will provide a safer school
environment for students and parents as they transport their children to and
from school.
Once again, thank you for your cooperative participation in serving the needs
of students.
