Completion of this report is required every two years in order to ensure that the City is meeting the requirements of the United States Department of Interior, National Park Service's Program of Preservation and Utilization as it relates to the conveyance and preservation of the Historic Federal Building. The building appears to be in excellent condition and continues to serve the needs of the City and community. We are pleased to see the number of active tenants occupying space in the building and to hear that the City seeks to increase this number in the future. Thank you for including copies of lease agreements in the report. Congratulations on achieving a positive economic return on the property in the midst of substantial investment by the City. We greatly appreciate the continued support that the City provides to this historic building.
