At its meeting of December 16, 1999, the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid
Waste Agency changed its rates for fiscal year 200 I to reflect a change in the
Consumer Price Index.
The solid waste tipping fee was established at $28.72 per ton. The tipping fee for
special wastes as authorized was established at $57.44 per ton. The tipping fee
for yard wastes was established at $23.00 per ton. All effective on July 1, 2000.
