SUBJECT: Commission Resignation of Kelly Sebastian
INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this memorandum is to report the resignation of Kelly
Sebastian from the Cable Community Teleprogramming Commission and to recommend that the
City Council appoint a new member to complete Mr. Sebastian's term.
BACKGROUND: I received the attached e-mail this morning from Kelly Sebastian, who is
moving to Colorado. Kelly has served on the Cable Community Teleprogramming Commission
since September, 1998.
REQUESTED ACTION: The Requested Action is that the City Council accept Mr.
Sebastian's resignation with regret, and at their discretion appoint a new member to serve the
remainder of his unexpired term on the Cable Community Teleprogramming Commission.
