This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was walking in the 500 block of
Lowell Street, she stepped into a hole in the sidewalk, injuring her knee.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
