Meeting called to order by Mike Kelly at 4:27 P.M.
Minutes were read. Motion made by Papin to accept as read, seconded by H. Willenborg.
All in favor of motion.
New board member, Chuck Bandy, was given a copy of the International Mechanical Code
2003.
Discussion about the March 5, 2002 meeting, in particular, Journeyman to apprentice ratio.
Tabled until next meeting (Nov. 2, 2004)
Discussion that any correspondence by board members should be copied to all members.
Motion made by J. Papin that all members get updated guide lines by boards and
commissions. Seconded by H. Willenborg. All in favor.
Discussion that recommendations made by Board to be answered in some form by the city
council. The Board's concern is that the council is not seeing their recommendations. The
Secretary advised them that the council receives a copy of the minutes from the meetings.
