Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as he was riding his bike underneath
the 16th Street bridge, he drove across some loose gravel which was on the blacktop,
causing him to lose control of the bike, resulting in injuries to his knees and back, arid
damage to the bike.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
