MEMBERS PRESENT: Pauline Maloney, Sr. Carol Hoverman, Jennifer Tigges, George Herrig,
Alan Vincent.
MEMBERS ABSENT: Two seats are vacant on the Commission.
OTHERS PRESENT: Jim Barefoot, Mediacom
Craig Nowack, City of Dubuque
Sr. Hoverman called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
Acceptance of the Agenda
Upon a motion by Ms. Maloney, seconded by Mr. Herrig, the agenda was accepted 5 - 0.
Approval of the Minutes of the March 1, 2011, Meeting
Upon a motion by Ms. Tigges, seconded by Ms. Maloney, the Minutes of the March 1, 2011, Meeting
were approved 4 — 0.
Public Notice
There was no public input.
Mediacom Cable Report
Mr. Barefoot discussed a meeting he had with representatives from Mercy Medical Center regarding
producing cable access programs from some of their health seminars. He also updated the
Commission on current production at the public access studio.
Cable TV Report
Mr. Nowack provided an update on upcoming program production for CityChannel 8. He informed the
Commission that interviews are scheduled to fill the summer video production internship.

Upon a motion by Mr. Vincent, seconded by Mr. Herrig, the meeting was adjourned at 4:32 p.m.
