This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was walking from her vehicle to
the Diamond Jo Casino, she caught the heel of her shoe on the curb of a median and
tripped, injuring her ankle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
