ORDINANCE Amending the Code of Ordinances, City of Dubuque, Iowa by repealing Section 11-1 and Section 11-2 and enacting new Sections 11-1 and 11-2 in lieu thereof adopting the 1997 Uniform Building Code for the City of Dubuque, Iowa and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor.
