This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as her vehicle was parked near 656
West 11th Street with its flashers on, it was struck by a City of Dubuque KeyLine bus.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
