This letter is written to inquire about the possibility of purchasing an easement that we
sold to the City of Dubuque a few years ago for the construction of Tanzanite Drive. We
have since filled in the property and would like to use it as part of a planned expansion of
our mini-storage business.
We have contacted the Engineering Department and they have indicated a favorable
condition for the vacating.
This easement property has recently been surveyed and platted and the Engineering
Department indicated that would be accepted to facilitate this vacating. We understand
that we would pay a fee for this parcel plus publication and filing fees.
