Vehicle Damage
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his vehicle was parked on Loras
Boulevard near Dell Street, a City of Dubuque police squad struck claimant's vehicle as
the police squad was attempting to back out of a parking space in front of claimant's
vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
