Daniel Schumacher submitted an application to take the Parking System Technician
examination. Mr. Schumacher is on active military duty in Afghanistan. We sent the
examination to his supervisor who administered the test. We received the completed
examination on May 31, 2011.
The Civil Service Commission established a passing score for the examination of 65
and above correct answers (65 %). Mr. Schumacher scored 75 points (75 %) on the
examination. I recommend that the Civil Service list for parking system technician be
amended to include Mr. Schumacher's name. Thank you for your assistance. If you
