Since launching the campaign September I st, reaction and feedback has been outstanding. Let me give
you an update on what's happening.

, Over 80 people from New Jersey to Arizona have already requested a My Opportunity Pack, which
contains a community information book, a DVD presentation on the Dubuque area, and an employer
directory.
'Campaign staff has attended local and regional job fairs and events with over 1,000 students and job
seekers being exposed to AccessDubuqueJobs.com and the Workforce Recruitment Campaign.
'Traffic on the website has been outstanding with over 18,000 visitors a month. The resume database
boasts over 3,700 resumes.
, Campaign staff has been working with the local college and university career and alumni offices to
utilize their available resources. Plans include alumni mailings and newsletters, posting flyers and table
tents around campus and attending alumni homecoming events and activities.
This is atWc;til~g time to.be in Dubuque and more people everyday around the region and nation are
finding out why the Dubuque area is a great place to live, work and play. Again we want to thank you for
