Van Milligen, City Manager SUBJECT: 2004 GPRA Annual Products Report for CLGs Planning Services Manager Laura Carstens is transmitting the 2004 Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) Annual Products Report. The annual report is a form submitted by all Certified Local Governments (CLGs) to the National Parks Service (NPS).
