Petition Public Skating Availab Petition for More Public Skatinl!: Sessions We, the undersigned, enjoy both the recreational and social aspects of public ice-skating at the Five Flags Civic Center. We are disturbed and upset that the administration of Five Flags has drastically reduced the number of public ice-skating sessions ITom that of previous years. This year no public skating was available during the month of October and Sundays only for the months of November and December. In past years, public skating was offered both Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
