This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was stepping off of the curb
near 2126 Jackson Street, she stepped into a pothole and fractured her left foot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
