Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as she was holding her 2-year old son
and stepping off of the curb near 1285 Cleveland Avenue, she stepped into a pothole,
causing her to fall. Claimant states that she suffered a fractured ankle, and her son
sustained scratches to the back of his head.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
